  • Does the building have an elevator? No, it is a historic building that is only two floors with a total of eight apartments.
  • What floor is the apartment? It is located one flight of stairs up from the entrance. It is not wheelchair accessible.
  • How many people can be accommodated at one time? Only two people can be accommodated.
  • Are children welcome? Only one adult with one child over 16 years of age are welcome.
  • Are pets allowed? No, pets are not allowed for anyone renting any apartment per building bylaws.
  • Why can’t I rent the apartment for less than seven nights? The building bylaws have set this rule in an effort to maintain noise and disruptions.
